| Living on the streets there is no place to hide. | | Based on a true story, a 13 year old street urchin named El Polaquito makes a living singing tangos at the Buenos Aires Central Station. He meets "Pelu", a young prostitute who also works at the Central Station, and he falls immediately in love with her. He tries to rescue "Pelu" from the mafia that exploits both of them.
