You will learn how to relax and fill your body with a natural magnetic warmth. Most importantly, Jean explains how each movement relates to everyday life to make your life more powerful.
Jean Goulet is a senior teacher at the world famous "Long Island School of Tai-chi-Chuan". She holds a P.T.A. degree in physical therapy and is a certified Pilates teacher. She has studied acupuncture, acupressure and Chinese medicine and has taught Tai-chi in several colleges and universities. Her approach to teaching Tai-chi is very personal, practical, delightful and refreshing.
